摘要
目的:探讨妊娠合并甲状腺功能减低的护理方法及其临床效果。方法:选取笔者所在医院2010年1月-2013年12月收治的80例妊娠合并甲减患者,按照随机数字法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。观察组采取护理干预,对照组采取常规护理,观察比较两组患者的妊娠结局,并统计孕周、新生儿体重、出生1 min Apgar评分。结果:观察组的流产比例5.0%和早产比例7.5%均明显低于对照组的27.5%和30.0%,足月产比例87.5%明显高于对照组的42.5%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的孕周明显长于对照组,新生儿出生体重明显低于对照组,出生1 min Apgar评分明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:有效的护理干预能改善妊娠合并甲减产妇的妊娠结局,减少巨大儿及新生儿窒息发生率,值得临床重视并推广使用。
Objective：To investigate the nursing method and clinical effect of pregnancy complicated with hypothyroidism.Method：80 pregnancy complicated with hypothyroidism patients in our hospital from January 2010 to December 2013 were selected,they were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,40 cases in each group.The observation group was given nursing intervention,the control group was given routine nursing care,and the pregnancy outcomes and gestational age,birth weight,birth one minute Apgar score of the two groups were observed and compared.Result：The proportion of miscarriage and premature in the observation group were 5.0%and 7.5%,which were significantly lower than 27.5%and 30.0%in the control group,the proportion of full-term was 87.5%,which was significantly higher than 42.5%of the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The gestational age of the observation group was significantly longer than the control group,the birth weight was significantly lower than the control group,the born one minute with Apgar score was significantly higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The effective nursing intervention can improve maternal hypothyroidism in pregnancy with outcomes and reduce the incidence of macrosomia and neonatal asphyxia,so it is worthy of clinical attention and promotion use.
