探讨缺血修饰蛋白在下肢静脉血栓治疗中的应用价值

摘要 目的:研究缺血修饰蛋白(IMA)在DVT治疗中的应用意义.方法:通过对我院收治的30例确诊为下肢深静脉血栓(DVT)的患者进行分组采血,检测其血中IMA、Hs-CRP和D-二聚体(D-D)的含量,并对其与病情变化之间的关系进行相关分析,比较IMA相对其他两种血清学指标对于DVT治疗的意义.结果:IMA在评价临床疗效时,变化较其他两种指标更显著(P=0.01),其他两种指标的P值分别为0.04和0.03.说明IMA对下肢深静脉的治疗效果评价很有价值.结论:IMA可以作为评价DVT治疗效果的依据. AIM: To investigate the application value of ischemia-modified protein (IMA) in treating lower extremity deep vein thrombosis (LEDVT). METHODS: 30 cases with lower extremity deep vein thrombosis confirmed by our hospital were divided into groups. Blood was taken to measure the content of IMA, Hs- CRP and D-D, and the relationship between IMA, Hs-CRP, D-D and patient's condition was analysed. Comparison among values of IMA for curing LEDVT and the other two serum markers was made. RESULTS: The alternation of IMA was more significant than the other two serum markers when they were used for evaluating the clinical efficacy ( P = 0.01 ), and P values of the other two serum markers were 0. 04, 0. 03 respectively. This result showed that IMA was more valuable in evaluating effect in treat- ment of LEDVT. CONCLUSION : IMA can be considered as the basis to evaluate the clinical efficacy of LEDVT.
