摘要
目的了解珠海市白纹伊蚊对常用杀虫剂的抗药性现状,为制定防治对策提供科学依据。方法幼虫浸渍法。结果珠海市白纹伊蚊对溴氰菊酯LC50为0.001 4 mg/L,产生低抗药性;对高效氯氰菊酯、敌敌畏、残杀威均较敏感,LC50分别为0.000 7,0.462 6,0.284 0 mg/L。结论在白纹伊蚊防治中,应合理地使用杀虫剂,预防和延缓白纹伊蚊抗药性的产生和发展。
Objective To investigate the insecticide resitance of Aedes albopictus in Zhuhai city. Methods Larva immersion method was employed in the investigation. Results Aedes aibopictus developed low resistance to delta- methrin with the LC50 of 0. 001 4 mg/L, but remained susceptible to beta-cypermethrin, dichlorovos and propoxur with the LC50s of 0. 000 7,0. 462 6 and 0. 284 0 mg/L respectively. Conclusion It is necessary to strengthen insecti- cide resistance monitor and take integrated measures for Aedes albopictus control.
