摘要
铁路物流是区域经济发展的重要支撑,而珠江三角洲铁路物流和区域经济的发展却呈现出较为明显的"剪刀差"。借助协同学的基本方法,通过建立铁路物流-区域经济的复合系统模型,对珠江三角洲铁路物流和区域经济"剪刀差"问题进行量化分析,提出铁路物流与区域经济发展不协调,以及政府宏观政策和区域经济结构对铁路物流和区域经济的协调性有较大影响。随着珠江三角洲经济的不断增长,铁路部门应加强自身建设,通过提升自身竞争优势来适应经济发展的需要。
Railway logistics is an important support of regional economic development, but the development of railway logistics and regional economy in Pear River delta was occurred the obvious status of scissors difference. By referring the basic method of synergetics, and through establishing the combined system model of railway logistics-regional economy, this paper makes quantitative analysis on the problem of scissors difference between railway logistics and regional economy in Pear River delta, and puts forward that the uncoordinated development between railway logistics and regional economy, government's macro-policy and structure of regional economy having great influences on the coordination between railway logistics and regional economy. Following with continuously increase of economy in Pear River delta, railway departments should strengthen self-construction and adapt to the demand of economic development through increasing their competitive advantages.
