摘要
针对橡胶助剂废水的特点,提出应用微电解-Fenton氧化联合工艺预处理此类废水。实验结果表明:微电解-Fenton氧化联合的预处理工艺可以提高废水的可生化性,再加上后续的生化处理,整套工艺可以使废水COD从4 127 mg/L降至240 mg/L,脱除率达到94%。
According to the characteristics of rubber additives wastewater, a combined process of micro-electrolysis - Fenton oxidation was used to pre-treat this kind ofwastewater. The results showed that the combined technology of micro-electrolysis- Fenton oxidation can improve the biodegradability ofwastewater. Combined with the subsequent aerobic bio-oxidation, the whole process can decrease the wastewater COD from 4 127mg/L to 240 mg/L and make the removal rate reach to 94%.
