摘要
主要研究了HCSA型膨胀剂对UHPC工作性能、变形性能及力学性能的影响。试验结果表明,掺入此类膨胀剂使UHPC初凝时间变短,流动度降低;同时,选择合适掺量的膨胀剂后,UHPC的28d自收缩明显减小,并且掺入钢纤维的UHPC的干燥收缩被明显抑制;再者,适当掺量膨胀剂的加入能略微增加UHPC的抗压强度和抗折强度,因此HCSA膨胀剂是一种较理想的用于UHPC补偿收缩的外加剂。
An investigation on the effect of HCSA expansion agent on workability, deformation and mechanical properties of UHPC was presented. The results showed that initial setting time of UHPC became shorter and fluidity of UHPC was reduced after mixed with such agent. At the same time, an appropriate dosage of the expansion agent could significantly reduce the shrinkage of UHPC in 28 d, while significantly inhibit drying shrinkage of UHPC with steel fibers. Furthermore, adding an appropriate dosage of expansive agent could slightly increase the compressive strength and flexural strength of UHPC. Therefore, HCSA is an ideal shrinkage-compensating admixture for UHPC.
