摘要
以斜裁直身裙为研究对象,在现有斜裁技术理论的基础上,以斜裁角度和片数为变量进行平面制板,并用白坯布制作样衣,测量斜裁裙长的变化,通过数据统计分析,得到了斜裁角度对裙长变化的影响规律,从而总结出斜裁直身裙一次性制板的方法.
Bias-cut method has been an advanced technology in the international fashion field for it can perfectly demonstrate the feminine curves of the body due to the drapability of oblique fabric.However,the theoretical system of clothing bias-cut technology is not maturity because of the research started relatively late in china. The bias-cut clothing should be corrected on the mannequin for the length shortens,which hindering its industrial application. In this paper,the bias-cut straight skirt was studied based on the existing bias-cut theory. The pattern was made by changing angle and number of pieces,then the samples were fabricated using gray cloth and the change of skirt length was measured. Through statistical analysis of the data,the effect of bias-cut angle on skirt length was obtained and the bias-cut pattern-making method on straight skirt was summarized,which make it possible to apply in clothing mass production.
