摘要
从建设智慧型工厂实现机器换人的思考入手,阐述了纺织行业实现机器换人的契机。分析了针织行业织造、染整、印花、服装企业实现智能化、自动化的切入点。并指出了劳动最密集的服装制作流水线实现智能化机器换人的关键技术点。重点阐述了通过引进智能化高端装备建设智慧型服装生产流水线的实践经验及效果。结果表明,机器换人实现了高效生产,提高了生产质量,减少了资源浪费;机器换人为企业招工难、劳动力成本高等提供了解决办法。
The idea of machine replacing people in textile industry was expounded from the thinking of building intelligent factory and realizing machine replacing people. The viewpoint of realizing intelligence and automation in knitting weaving, dyeing, printing and clothing enterprises was analyzed. The key technologies of realizing machine replacing people in clothing production assembly line which had the most intensive labor were pointed out. The practical experience and effects of building intelligent clothing production assembly line through introducing intelli- gent high-end equipment were expounded as key points. The results show that machine replacing people realizes high-efficient production, increases production quality and decreases uses of resources; it also provides solutions for labor shortage and high labor costs.
