摘要
小径管透照范围内厚度变化大,无法由透照厚度从曝光曲线中直接选取曝光参数,底片黑度也难以准确控制。通过对不等厚工件透照分析,发现存在最佳透照参数,在要求的底片黑度范围内,管电压最低,透照检测灵敏度最高;可以用黑度值D=1.5及D=4.0的曝光曲线,绘制管电压和曝光量的关系曲线,用图解法求得小径管X射线透照最佳透照参数。
Within the scope of small tube X - ray detection, the radiographic thickness changes a lot. Exposure parameters can not he selected directly by the radiographic thickness from the exposure curve, and the photographic density of the film is al- so difficult to control accurately. Through analyzing the workpiece with unequal thickness, the best radiographic parameters were discovered. Within the scope of the requirements of photographic density, tube voltage were the lowest and detection sensitivity were the highest. By using the exposure curve of density values D = 1.5 and D = 4.0, the curve of tube voltage and exposure was drawn, and the best radiographic parameters for small tube were got with graphic method.
