水中三种无机氮转化关系探究 被引量:2

摘要 生活用水中亚硝酸盐、硝酸盐和氨氮含量与人们健康息息相关。研究不同的水体、煮沸时间和沸水放置时间对无机氮含量影响,可更好的探索水中无机氮转化关系。实验结果表明:不同水体中无机氮含量不同,雨水的含量最高,其亚硝酸盐为0.11 mg/L;随着煮沸时间的增加,亚硝酸盐和硝酸盐呈增长趋势,而氨氮呈下降趋势,其减少量比亚硝酸盐和硝酸盐增加量大1.7%。煮沸1 min和30 min的自来水,亚硝酸盐含量分别为0.014 mg/L和0.046 mg/L。沸水放置1天后,亚硝酸盐的含量达到最大并在3天后趋于稳定,其中煮沸30 min含量分别为0.053 mg/L。水中无机氮转化关系为水中的氨氮在微生物、能量和溶解氧作用下先被氧化成亚硝酸根,部分亚硝酸根再被氧化成硝酸根。 Domestic water nitrite,nitrate and ammonia content are closely related to people 's health. To better explore the transformation relationship of inorganic nitrogen in the water,by different water,boiling time and the boiling water placed time impact on the inorganic content were researched. The results showed that inorganic nitrogen content in different water was different. The rain of the inorganic nitrogen content was the highest,which nitrite was 0. 11 mg / L. With the increase of boiling time,nitrite and nitrate showed a rising trend,and ammonia nitrogen decreased,which reduced the amount of large quantity than the 1. 7% increase in nitrite and nitrate. The nitrite content of 1 min and 30 min boiled tap water were 0. 014 mg / L and 0. 0046 mg / L. Boiling water placed in 1 day,the content of nitrite reached a maximum,which content was 0. 053 mg / L in boiling for 30 min,and stabilized after 3 days. Inorganic nitrogen transformation relationship in the water was that ammonia in the water under the role of microorganisms,energy and oxygen was first oxidized to nitrite,and part of nitrite was oxidized to nitrate.
