肌醇对哲罗鲑抗氧化能力的影响及组织病理学观察 被引量:7

摘要 为期56 d的饲养试验旨在探讨肌醇对哲罗鲑( Hucho taimen)抗氧化能力的影响,并进行不同肌醇含量下哲罗鲑肠道、肝脏的组织病理学观察。选择平均体重为(2.83±0.44) g健康的哲罗鲑630尾,随机分为7组(每组3个重复,每个重复30尾鱼),分别饲喂以鱼粉、明胶和酪蛋白为蛋白质源配制的肌醇含量为99.8(不额外添加肌醇)、199.8、299.8、499.8、699.8、899.8和5099.8 mg/kg的7种试验饲料。结果表明:饲料中肌醇含量显著影响肝脏中超氧化物歧化酶( SOD)活性和丙二醛( MDA)含量( P<0.05)。肝脏SOD活性在899.8 mg/kg组达最高值,显著高于99.8、199.8和5099.8 mg/kg组( P<0.05);肝脏MDA含量随着肌醇含量的升高呈先下降后上升趋势,在499.8 mg/kg组达最低值,显著低于99.8和199.8 mg/kg组( P<0.05)。饲料中肌醇含量过低(99.8 mg/kg)或过高(5099.8 mg/kg)时均会使组织发生病理性损伤,比如肝脏会出现空泡变性,细胞轮廓模糊等情况;肠道褶皱变宽变短,排列疏松。由此得出,饲料中肌醇含量为299.8~899.8 mg/kg时哲罗鲑的抗氧化能力较高;饲料中肌醇含量过高或过低都会导致哲罗鲑抗氧化能力降低,肠道、肝脏发生不同程度的病变。 A 56-day feeding trial was conducted to study the effects of myo-inositol ( MI) on antioxidant ca-pacity of Hucho taimen, and to make the histopathological observation of intestine and liver under different MI contents. A total of 630 healthy Hucho taimen with the average body weight of (2.83±0.44) g were randomly assigned to 7 groups with 3 replicates per group and 30 fish per replicate. Seven experimental diets with fish meal, gelatin and casein as protein sources were formulated, and the MI content in those diets was 99.8 ( with-out extra MI supplementation) , 199.8, 299.8, 499.8, 699.8, 899.8 and 5 099.8 mg/kg, respectively. Each diet was fed to one group of Hucho taimen. The results showed as follows:1 ) liver superoxide dismutase ( SOD) activity and malondialdehyde ( MDA) content were significantly affected by dietary MI content ( P〈0.05) . The liver SOD activity in the 899.8 mg/kg group was the highest, and significantly higher than that in the 99.8, 199.8 and 5 099.8 mg/kg groups ( P〈0.05) . The liver MDA content was firstly decreased and then increased with the dietary MI content increasing, and the lowest value was found in the 499. 8 mg/kg group which was significantly lower than that in the 99.8 and 199.8 mg/kg groups ( P〈0.05) . The content of dietary MI too low (99.8 mg/kg)or too high (5 099.8 mg/kg) all induced pathological injuries of tissues, such as vacuolar degeneration of liver occurred, and the outline of some cells blurred;intestinal mucosa became shorter and wider, and the arrangement turned degeneration. In conclusion, antioxidant capacity of Hucho taimen is higher with dietary MI content was 299.8 to 899.8 mg/kg. Feeding of diets with lower or excessive MI is asso-ciated with lower antioxidant capacity, and induces liver and intestine lesioned in varying degrees.
