摘要
德国Keller数控加工仿真软件将CNC数控设备工作过程、切铣削加工方案和系统控制编程等,利用三维模拟技术和大量的图表、数据、解释和习题等方式进行演示和训练。CAD/CAM功能通过仿真切削过程的动态力学特性来预测刀具破损和刀具振动,并控制切削参数,从而达到优化切削过程的目的[1]。
Germany Keller NC machining simulation software described NC equipment, car, milling process plan system control program, demonstration and training by using three-dimensional simulation technology and a lot of charts, data, in- terpretation and exercise mode. The CAD/CAM function can predict the tool breakage, machine tool vibration, control of cutting parameters by dynamic mechanical characteristics simulation of cutting process, so as to achieve the purpose of opti- mization of cutting process.
