摘要
基于损伤力学基本理论,建立了LY12CZ铝合金试件的腐蚀疲劳寿命预测模型,并利用LY12CZ铝合金进行腐蚀疲劳的验证性试验。结果表明,利用损伤力学基本理论建立的模型所得到的预腐蚀LY12CZ铝合金试件腐蚀的疲劳寿命预测结果与腐蚀疲劳试验结果吻合程度良好,尤其对于应力水平较高的低周疲劳结果预测更为准确。这说明基于损伤力学的铝合金预腐蚀疲劳寿命预测模型合理有效,对LY12CZ铝合金构件的损伤容限评估具有参考价值。
By means of damage mechanics, theoretical model of corrosion-fatigue life prediction of LY12CZ aluminum al- loy was established and pre-corrosion fatigue experiment was conducted on LY12CZ aluminum alloy to verify the proposed model accuracy. The results indicated that experimental results are in good agreement with predictions of the proposed mod- el, especially for low cycle fatigue subjected to high stress level. The proposed model based on damage mechanics is reasona- ble, and proposed a theoretical reference for aluminum alloy damage tolerance analysis.
