摘要
农业科技创新的关键是管理机制创新。文章从竞争与非竞争性相结合的投入机制、以农业发展需求为导向的科研立项机制、以社会认可为主的绩效评价机制、以力求所用为重点的人才培养机制、以项目为纽带的协作创新机制和以职业信用为基础的科研诚信机制等方面探讨了管理机制创新问题。
The key of agricultural science and technology innovation is the innovation of management mechanism. In this paper, several aspects of the management mechanism innovation were discussed from the mechanism of investment combined with competitive and non-competitive, the research project system directed by agricultural development demand, the performance evaluation system based on social recognition, the talents training system focused on application, the cooperative innovation system based on the project as a link and the research integrity mechanism based on the occupation credit, etc.
