摘要
以地铁暗挖隧道施工引起的上部桥梁基础及周边地层为研究对象,采用数值方法模拟了隧道单线和双线开挖过程中地表的水平位移和竖向位移情况以及桥基间的差异沉降值,还有地表沉降与开挖面之间的关系;分析结果显示,由于受到桥梁基础和下部注浆的影响,地表水平位移量值较小;地表竖向位移最大值出现在两个隧道的中间位置,呈对称分布;随着隧道的开挖,地表沉降主要集中在开挖前7m和开挖后7m范围内,即初期支护结构未闭合成环之前;通过对比桥基和桥墩上的8个位移参考点沉降量值后发现,桥基间差异沉降量较小,这说明施工前对隧道拱顶的注浆起到了较好的加固效果,确保了桥梁及其基础的整体沉降量和差异沉降量都满足设计施工的要求。
In the paper the deformation of bridge foundation and ground settlement caused by metro tunnel construction are studied by simulation of the horizontal and vertical displacement of the ground and differential settlement of bridge foundation through numerical methods, and also, the relationship between surface subsidence and the excavation face is proposed. The results show that. due to the impact and the bridge foundation and tunnel grouting, horizontal displacement of the ground is smaller; the maximum of vertical displacement is in the middle of the two tunnels; with the excavation, ground settlement is mainly showed within 7m of excavation face, before initial support structure is completed; by comparing the displacement of eight reference point values on the foundation, the differential settlement of bridge foundation is small, indicating that the grouting of tunnel before the construction plays a good reinforcement effect which ensures thatthe whole bridge and foundation settlement are designed to meet the requirements of the construction.
