摘要
长江流域经济社会的快速发展对水文信息服务的能力要求越来越高,因此,水文工作迫切需要实现信息化。在分析长江流域水文基础设施建设、信息资源管理、业务应用等方面信息化建设现状的基础上,指出了长江水文信息化在整体规划、信息资源交换共享以及信息服务能力等方面存在的不足,并提出了全面实现长江水文信息化与现代化的总体目标和主要需求。在此基础上,从顶层设计、站网规划、信息共享、应用开发以及网络通信等方面提出了今后长江水文信息化的发展思路。
The quick economic and social development of Yangtze River Basin puts forward higher requirements on the hydrology service ability,so the realization of hydrological modernization is urgent. On the basis of the analysis on the status of the informatization construction in terms of hydrological infrastructure construction,information resources management,business application etc.,the deficiencies of hydrological informatization of Yangtze River in overall planning,information resources exchange and sharing,information service ability etc. are pointed out and the general objectives and main requirements of hydrological informationization and modernization of Yangtze River are put forward. On the basis,the future development thought is put forward from the aspects of top level design,network planning,information sharing,application development,network communication etc.
