摘要
介绍了涤纶扁平丝的性质特点及与常规涤纶DTY的差异,在三梳高速特里科经编机的一把绒梳上采用扁平丝和常规涤纶DTY两种原料进行组合,搭配一定的组织结构,开发了表面具有明显闪烁光泽效果的扁平丝经编绒类织物。对扁平丝经编闪光绒类织物在生产过程中的整经、织造和后整理等工序的技术要点进行了探讨和总结。
The features of flat polyester filament are introduced with differences between flat section PET filament and normal polyester DTY compared. The two materials are. mixing knitted on high-speed Tricot warp-knitting machine of three bars. The pile fabric with obvious glittering on the surface is developed by using certain fabric structures made of both flat PET filament and normal polyester DTY. The technical essentials in the procedures of warping, knitting and finishing are discussed and summarized.
