摘要
以苯并咪唑、卤代烷与相转移催化剂PEG-6000为原料微波辅助合成了单烷基取代的苯并咪唑,以此为基础微波辐照下与溴苄合成了1-苄基-3-烷基苯并咪唑离子液体。目标化合物经FT-IR、1H NMR和13C NMR确证。本文用离子液体作为阻燃剂对胶衣树脂的阻燃性能进行了初步研究,实验结果表明,当离子液体(3e)的添加量为0.2 phr时,阻燃效果最佳。
A series of 1 - benzyl - 3 - alkylbenzimidazolium ionic liquids were synthesized via the reaction of benzyl bromide upon monosubstituted alkyl benzimidazole, which was prepared using benzimidazole, alkyl halide and PEG - 6000 as the starting materials under microwave irradiation. The structures of target compounds were characterized by FF - IR, ^1H NMR and ^13 C NMR. The effect of the ionic liquids on flame retardancy of gel coating were investigated. The results showed that, after the addition of 0.2 phr benzimidazolium ionic liquids(3e), the LOI of gel coating was up to 33%.
