摘要
[目的]调查医务人员对医疗不良事件报告的认知情况,为完善医院安全管理政策提供依据。[方法]采用分层随机抽样的方法,调查山东省6个样本市30家二、三级医院的1796名医务人员对不良事件报告的认识情况。[结果]76.23%的医务人员表示清楚或非常清楚医疗不良事件的含义,82.60%的医务人员表示不良事件报告可以改善医疗安全,只有40.48%的医务人员知道3个报告系统的存在,17.04%的医务人员对3个系统全不知晓。80.07%的医务人员表示参与过医疗不良事件报告方面的培训,71.52%表示遇到或看到医疗不良事件。[结论]应采取有针对性的措施提升医务人员报告不良事件的主动性。
Objective To investigate the medical staffs＇ perception to medical adverse event reporting. Methods Investigated 1796 medical staffs from 30 secondary and tertiary hospitals in Shandong province by stratified sampling method. Results 76.23% of the medical staffs expressed that they know or know well the meaning of medical adverse events. 82.60% agreed that adverse event reporting could be used to improve medical safety. Only 40.48% knew the three reporting systems. 17.04% had little knowledge of them. 80.07% reported that they had taken waining of medical adverse event reporting. 71.52% had reported adverse events that they experienced or found. Conclusions It is suggested that to take targeted measures to improve the initiative of medical staffs involved in reporting adverse events.
