摘要
随着文化与科技融合成为文化产业发展的客观要求与必然趋势,政府角色与政策在文化与科技融合发展过程中起到重要的推动作用。武汉东湖高新区作为我国首批国家级文化和科技融合示范基地,其文化与科技融合发展具有典型特征,但同时也存在诸多问题。因此,东湖高新区应从宏观层面创新政府管理体制,中观层面明确产业发展特色,微观层面采取综合政策措施,推动文化与科技融合在高新区内迅速发展。
As the integration of culture and technology becoming the objective requirement and irresistible trend of cultural industry development, the role of government and policy can greatly promote the culture and technology integrative devel opment. Among the first batch of national demonstration base for culture and technology integration, Wuhan Donghu High-tech Zone has distinctive features during the integrative development of culture and technology, while also owns some relevant problems. Therefore, Wuhan Donghu High-tech Zone should make adjustment from there aspects; in macro level, the High-tech Zone should innovate the government management system; in meso-level, it should clear industry development features; in micro level, comprehensive policy measures should be implemented, so that to promote the rapid development of culture and technology integration in high-tech zone.
