摘要
甘蔗是需氮量较大的重要糖料作物,为了探讨固氮菌对不同甘蔗品种生长过程中的硝态氮、氮、磷和钾含量的影响,本试验采用固氮菌DX120(A)、固氮菌296(B)和固氮螺菌(C)处理桶栽甘蔗品种ROC22和B8。主要结果表明:不同固氮菌及组合处理后2个甘蔗品种叶片的硝态氮含量在8—11月总体上高于对照却低于肥料处理;接种固氮菌提高了2个甘蔗品种叶片中氮素的含量,且A和AB处理对ROC22的效果较好,A、C和AC处理对B8氮素含量的影响效果较好;磷元素含量在生长期不断提高,固氮菌处理有利于2个甘蔗品种磷素含量的积累;单个及多个组合固氮菌处理对2个甘蔗品种叶片钾元素的含量影响不明显。
Sugarcane is one of the world's most important sugar crops.Sugarcane biological nitrogen fixation is a good way to reduce the amount of nitrogen fertilizer costs in the plantation management.In this study,in order to investigate the effects of nitrogen-fixing bacteria on the nitrate,nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium content of different sugarcane varieties during the growth process,the nitrogenfixing bacteria DX120(A),nitrogen-fixing bacteria 296(B)and Azospirillumspp.(C)were used to inoculate the planted sugarcane varieties ROC22 and B8in the barrel.The main results show that the contrast of nitrate in the leaves inoculated nitrogen-fixing bacteria were higher than those of the control from August to November,but lower than those of the fertilizer treatments.The content of nitrate in CK and fertilizer treatments decreased greatly compared with the nitrogen-fixing bacteria treatments.As to the ROC22,the N content of A and AB treatment group were higher than the others,but to the B8,A,C and AC treatment effects on nitrogen content were obviously;The P content of two sugarcane cultivars inoculated nitrogen-fixing bacteria were higher than those of CK,but lower than those of the fertilizer treatment.The effects of single and multiple combinations of nitrogen-fixing bacteria treatment on the potassium content of the two sugarcane varieties were not obvious.The experiment results were useful for further application of nitrogen-fixing bacteria in sugarcane planting.
