老年人肌少症的诊断和防治 被引量：8

摘要 肌少症是指肌量、强度和功能的降低，在老年人群中普遍存在。肌少症的老年人往往脆弱、易于跌倒、骨量低下和容易发生骨折。及时识别老年人的肌少症，予以适当的下预，将有助于提高老年人的生活质量，防治骨质疏松症和预防骨折。1 肌少症的定义 肌少症（sarcopenia）或称“肌肉减少症”是个新名词。
