摘要
文章在港口物流仿真实现基础上,根据仿真目的设计一系列方案,对这些方案进行仿真运行,根据运行的结果,得出在不同的设备配置下的港口的作业效率,对仿真结果的优选采用模糊决策的基本概念构造多目标方案的优选模型,并采用二级模糊综合评判法,化模糊性和不确定性为定性,对仿真结果进行综合评判,找出在一定条件下的最佳港口物流设备配置方案。
On the base of running on the port logistics simulation program, this paper design a series of plans according to simulation goal, use the basic concept of fuzzy decision to construct the model about the multi-objective plan optimization, and adopt two-step fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,change the fuzziness and the uncertainty to determination, evaluate comprehensive on the port logistics system simulation outcome, and get the best port equipment disposition plan under certain conditions.
