摘要
工程项目成本管理,是施工企业施工管理中的一项主要工作内容。如何通过有效管理,提高项目效益,此文在阐述项目成本管理理论做法的基础上,就目前项目成本管理中存在的主要问题进行阐述与分析。通过分析与探讨,提出可采取的对策及措施,以促进施工企业的可持续发展。
Engineering project cost management is a main content of construction management of construction enterprise. How to improve the efficiency of the project through effective management is discussed in this article. On the basis of describing the theory of project cost management,the main problems existing in the current project cost management are expounded and analyzed. Through the analysis and discussion,the countermeasures and measures are put forward in order to promote the sustainable development of construction enterprises.
