摘要
为解决目前无人机发动机生产、调试和检验中的遇到的问题,研制了一种高精度、便携式发动机油压数据采集设备,该设备以C8051F005单片机为核心芯片,构成油压数据采集最小系统。文中给出了发动机油压数据采集系统的设计方法与系统组成,详细阐述了油压数据采集系统的硬件及软件实现方法。测试结果表明:该发动机油压采集系统具有精度高、功耗低、工作稳定可靠等优点,且各项指标均达到了系统研制要求。目前已作为发动机的配套产品装备在某型号无人机中。
In order to solve the problem of UAV Engine production, testing and debugging of problems encountered, a high precision, portable engine oil-pressure data acquisition equipment is developed, it used on C8051F005 MCU to achieve the minimum system for oil-pressure data acquisition. This paper gives the design method and system constitution of data acquisition system of engine oil-pressure, the realization method of the system's hardware and software of oil-pressure data acquisition are expounded. The test results show that the engine oil-pressure data acquisition system with high precision, low power consumption, stable and reliable operation, and any indicators meet the development requirement of the system. Now, it is equipped in a certain type UAV as the engine supporting products.
