摘要
"创新型"技能大赛有选题灵活、综合性强、学生主导等特点,改变了以往技能大赛重结果、轻过程的局面,克服了以往参赛项目内容单一、参赛作品实用性不强的缺点。理论和实际紧密结合的"创新型"技能大赛项目的设置与实践表明,其在培养学生的动手能力、创新能力、沟通表达能力和团队合作精神等方面有明显的促进作用,且能有效推动"双师型"教师队伍建设和发展,充分发挥"以赛促学、以赛促教、以赛促研"的作用。
An "innovative" skills contest have the flexible, comprehensive, student-led characteristics, it has changed the situation of the previous skills contests that pay attention to the results and do not value the process, and has overcome the disadvantages of the previous skills contests that the topics are simple and the works are useless. The result of the establishment and practice of an "innovative" skills contest shows that it has obvious promoting function to train the students' practical ability, innovation ability, communication and expression ability, team-work spirit etc, and can effectively promote the construction and development of the "double-qualified" teacher troop, and can fully play the role of "promoting studying by contest, promoting teaching by contest and promoting scientific researching by contest".
