摘要 扇形喷嘴广泛应用于清洗设备中,具有清洗范围大的特点。利用Fluent软件解析扇形喷嘴的射流速度,打击力及流量特性,可以直观认识和分析扇形喷嘴的清洗性能。仿真结果表明:随着扇形喷嘴V形切槽相对偏移量增大,打击力降低;随着切槽半角的增大,清洗打击能力增加。仿真结果对于扇形喷嘴的设计和选取提供了参考。 Fan nozzles are widely used in cleaning equipment for cleaning with a large range of features. By using Fluent software to resolve jet speed, striking force and flow characteristics, cleaning performance of fan nozzle was intuitively known and analyzed. The simulation results show that along with the relative offset of V-shaped notch fan nozzle increasing, the striking force is reduced. As the half-angle of the slots increasing, the striking force is increased. The result of simulation has provided a useful reference to select and design of fan nozzle.
