摘要
铋系半导体材料电子结构独特,在可见光范围内具有较好的催化活性。利用铋系半导体的这一特性,通过其他元素的掺杂、复合可制备出有效分解有机、无机污染物的光催化剂。近年来,国内外对铋系材料的研究也越来越多,在介绍铋系半导体电子结构的基础上,综述了近几年国内外对此类催化剂的研究,并对铋系光催化剂的发展趋势进行展望。
Bismuth-based semiconductor has good catalytic activity in visible light for its particular electronic structure.Thus it is feasible to synthesize excellent photocatalyst used for decomposing contaminant by doping other element.In recent years, bismuth-based visible light photocatalysts have attracted much attention.This paper introduces the electronic structure of bismuth-based semiconductor, reviews the study of this kind of cata-lyst in recent years, and prospects the development of photocatalysts.
