摘要
目的:采用加速度计、心率表和健身教学时间监测系统(SOFIT)测量初中学生体育课上的体力活动水平,评价该3种方法测量体力活动的一致性。方法:同时采用Actigraph GT3X+型加速度计、Polar RX800CX心率表和SOFIT量表测量50名11~15岁少年112节体育课的体力活动量。采用单因素方差分析、Bland-Altman图法、组内相关系数法(ICC)及回归分析,判判Actigraph GT3X+型加速度计、Polar心率表与SOFIT观察法测定少年中高强度活动(MVPA)和较高强度活动(VPA)的一致性。结果:(1)对于MVPA时间和VPA时间而言,Bland-Altman图表明加速度计测量与SOFIT观察之间均具有较好的一致性。(2)MVPA时间:加速度计、心率表与SOFIT观察结果均无显著性差异;加速度计和SOFIT观察,回归方程R^2=0.643,ICC(绝对一致性,AK)=0.887;心率表和SOFIT观察,回归方程R^2=0.254,ICC(AK)=0.648。(3)VPA时间:加速度计和SOFIT观察无显著性差异,回归方程R^2=0.527,ICC(AK)=0.829;心率表和SOFIT观察存在显著差异(P<0.05),回归方程R^2=0.115,ICC(AK)=0.422。结论:ActiGraph GT3X+加速度计适用于少年MVPA的测量,其准确性优于Polar心率表,可与SOFIT观察相互替代,推荐大样本体力活动调查和干预研究使用,但对VPA的研究最好能够将加速度计和其他测量方法结合使用。
Objective To evaluate the agreement among System for Observing Fitness Instruction Time (SOFIT) ,accelerometry ,and PolarRX800CX heart rate monitor for assessing physical activity (PA)level of adolescents. Methods The PA levels of 50 adolescents,aged 11-15 years,from 112 sections of their PA courses were measured simultaneously with the Actigraph GT3X + aecelerometer,PolarRX800CX heart rate monitor and SOFIT. The agreements of assessing the levels of moderate and vigorous intensity PA (MVPA) and vigorous intensity PA (VPA) of adolescents between SOFIT and aceelerometry, and SOFIT and heart rate monitor were analyzed by one-way ANOVA,intra-class correlation(ICC) analysis, Bland- Ahman blot and regression equation. Results (1)There was a better agreement between SOFIT and Aetigraph GT3X+ accelerometer than that between SOFIT and heart rate monitor in MVPA and VPA.(2) In MVPA,there were no significant differences among the three methods,but a strong relationship existed between GT3X+ and SOFIT, [ R^2 = 0.643,ICC (absolute agreement,AK)= 0.887 (95% CI:0.801,0.936; P 〈 0.01),ICC (consistency,CK)= 0.890 (95%CI:0.806,0.937;P 〈 0.01)] and moderate relationship between heart rate monitor and SOFIT [ R^2 = 0.254,ICC (AK)= 0.648 (95% CI:0.376,0.801 ;P 〈 0.01 ),ICC (CK)= 0.643 (95% CI:0.372,0.798;P 〈 0.01)]. (3)In VPA,there was no significant difference between GT3X+ and SOF1T,while significant difference existed between heart rate monitor and SOFIT [(P 〈 0.05),R^2 = 0.115,ICC(AK)= 0.422(95% CI:0.012,0.667;P 〈 0.05),ICC(CK)= 0.487(95% CI: 0.095,0.709;P 〈 0.01)]. Conclusion The ActiGraph GT3X+ accelerometer is more valid than the polar heart rate monitor for assessment of MVPA level in adolescents. It is suitable to combine GT3X + accelerometer with other methods for VPA level assessment in adolescents.
