摘要 燃气泄漏所引发的爆炸、中毒和火灾事故将会对石油化工、煤矿企业的生产安全和人身安全造成巨大损失,传统可燃气体或有毒气体浓度的检测方法,不利于集中管理与控制,不利于预防火灾与爆炸事故的发生。针对上述情况,采用了一种基于MCGS组态软件PC机、AVR单片机的主从机的系统设计,主从机间通过RS-485接口按照Mod Bus协议进行通信的可燃气体检测系统,本方案设计有利于可燃气体探测点的扩展,方便实时数据观察、历史数据查询、打印,当可燃气体浓度达到预置值时,系统发出声光报警,并启动风扇设备等进行自排。 Explosion,fire and poisoning accident triggered by gas leakage will cause enormous loss of the safety in production and security of person in petrochemical industry and coal mine enterprises. The traditional testing method of concentration of combustible gases or toxic gas leak is not propitious for centralized management and control. It is also not propitious for the prevention of the fire and explosion and personal injury. Aim at the above-mentioned problems,we designed a combustible gas detection system. In the system,the host computer of this system is based on MCGS configuration software,and the slave computer is AVR singlechip. The communication between the host and slave computers is through RS-485 interface with Mod Bus Protocol. This system will make for the expansion of the combustible gas detection spot. Besides,it is also convenient to observe real-time data,find and print out history data. When the combustible gas concentration reaches a preset value,the system will launch sound and light alarm and start the fan device for exhaust.
