摘要
介绍了开放型随动系统实验平台的设计与开发过程,包括设计理念,机械设计、电气设计、软件设计及开展的相关实验等。该实验平台实验项目丰富,全面涵盖了时域、频域及设计与校正等经典控制的知识点,具备创新性。硬件上能够兼容自动控制模拟学习机或学生自主设计的硬件作为模拟控制器,软件上支持学生自主设计控制算法模块,具有较强的开放性。同时,该平台易于建立准确数学模型,便于学生对设计参数进行仿真分析及验证,具备理论指导性。
This paper describes the design and development process of an open servo experiment platform. It includes design,mechanical design, electrical design, software design and other related experiments. The platform has innovation and can carry out variant experiment projects,covering the time domain,frequency domain,correction and other the classic control. The hardware is compatible with automatic control simulation learning machine or allows students to self-design hardware as an analog controller. This platform supports students to self-control algorithm module,hence,it is with a strong openness. Furthermore,the accurate mathematical model of this platform can be easily established to make simulation analysis and verification of design parameters,so it is of the theoretical guidance.
