摘要
通过回顾国内外学者对高职教师专业能力发展的研究,并对有关高职教师专业能力内涵及标准的确定、发展范式框架、发展途径进行梳理,提出了国内高职教师专业能力发展主要途径:形成教师自身的内驱动力与自我激励机制;完善高职教师培养培训机制;以校企合作推动教师专业能力发展;基于教师合作学习的专业能力发展。
By reviewing domestic and foreign scholars research on the development of higher vocational teachers' professional ability, it summarizes the connotation of higher vocational teachers' professional ability and standard determination, development framework paradigm, and development way, and proposes the main ways of domestic higher vocational teachers' professional ability development: form teachers' self-driving and self motivation mechanism; improve the mechanism of training higher vocational teachers; promote teachers' professional development by college-enterprise cooperation ; teachers' professional ability development based on cooperative learning.
