摘要
以沙洲职业工学院建筑工程系近四年系科文化的构建和实践为例,阐述了良好的标识文化有助于增强系部学生的归属感,形成合力,提高核心竞争力,起到外塑形象,内强素质的重要作用。
Based on the recent four-year-example of the construction and practice of Department of Building and Construction of Shazhou Vocational College of Technology, the paper expounds that good identification culture helps to enhance students’ sense of belonging, create harmonies, improve the core competitiveness, and play an important role in the process of shaping images outside and strengthening qualities inside.
