摘要
旅游企业和谐劳动关系的构建涉及到劳动关系主体的协同作用,即政府、企业经营者、普通职工及企业工会等主体因素的协调关系。通过建立主体模型,运用数学几何的方法分析得出其存在协同优势。论文从政府、企业经营者、普通职工及企业工会等四个方面分析了在构建和谐劳动关系中的不足之处,并提出建立和谐劳动关系的对策。
The construction of harmonious labor relations of tourism enterprises is related to the synergistic eft'cot of the subjects of labor relatiuns and it is necessary to cnordinate the relationship between the government, enterprise managers, ordinary workers and trade unions in enterprises. Through the establishment of the main model and by means of mathematical geometrical analysis we can come to learu about the existence of synergies. The author of this paper puts forward the enuntenneasures of the establishment of harmuniot,s labor relations frum the four aspects of govenunent, enterprise managers, ordinary workers and trade unions in enterprises and explores the inadequacies of harmnniuus labor relations.
