ARCS动机设计模型在师范生教育技术能力培养中的实践探索

摘要 现代教育技术是师范院校学生掌握现代教育技术能力的公共必修课。针对师范院校学生在学习现代教育技术过程中普遍存在的学习积极性不高、动机不强、学习效果不佳的现状,基于ARCS动机设计模型从注意、相关性、自信心和满足感四个方面,提出解决师范生教育技术能力培养效果不佳的策略。 The course of Modern Educational Technology serves as an essential way for the students in normal universities to have a good command of modern educational technology ability. Based on the poor situation on learning initiative, motivation and learning effect in the learning process of Modern Educational Technology for the students in normal university, the author, in this paper, has a try to solve the poor learning effect and hence gives the reasonable strategies from attention, relevance, confidence and satisfaction which are the four aspects of ARCS motivation design model.
