摘要
目的：分析2型糖尿病患者的自我管理行为现状，初步探讨自我管理行为与记忆功能的关系。方法采用糖尿病患者自我管理行为问卷（ SDSCA）和世界卫生组织加州大学洛杉矶分校听觉词语学习测验（ WHO-UCLA AVLT）量表，对51例2型糖尿病患者的自我管理行为和记忆功能进行测量。结果51例2型糖尿病患者用药管理（5．50±2．53）分，运动管理（4．20±2．48）分，饮食管理（3．35±1．73）分，足部管理（2．35±2．53）分，血糖监测（2．29±2．31）分。患者即刻记忆得分（9．31±2．13）分，短时延迟回忆（10．27±2．72）分，长时延迟回忆（10．59±2．71）分，长时延迟再认（12．76±1．52）分，记忆总得分（42．94±7．93）分。 Spearman直线相关分析显示，自我管理行为各维度与记忆测验总得分呈负相关（r值分别为－0．343，－0．180，－0．341，－0．145，－0．047；P＜0．05）。多元逐步回归分析显示，仅记忆功能总分进入饮食管理的回归方程。结论2型糖尿病患者的自我管理行为不容乐观，自我管理行为与记忆功能之间的关系尚有待更深入的研究。
Objective To analyze the current situation of self-care activity in patients with type 2 diabetes, and try to explore the correlation between self-care activity and memory function.Methods Self-care activity and memory function were measured in 51 patients by the Summary of Diabetes Self-care Activities （ SDSCA） and the World Health Organization-University of California-Los Angeles Auditory Verbal Learning Test （WHO-UCLA AVLT）.Results The scores of drug management, sports management, diet management, foot management and blood glucose monitoring of the 51 patients were （5.50 ±2.53）, （4.20 ±2.48）, （3.35 ±1.73）, （2.35 ±2.53） and （2.29 ±2.31）, respectively.The scores of instant memory, random short-term memory, random long-term memory, random long-term reconfirm memory and the total score were （9.31 ±2.13）, （10.27 ±2.72）, （10.59 ±2.71）, （12.76 ±1.52） and （42.94 ±7.93）, respectively.The results of Spearman analysis showed that self-care activities were negatively associated with memory function （r=-0.343, -0.180, -0.341, -0.145, -0.047, respectively;P〈0.05）.Multiple stepwise regression analysis showed that only the total score of memory function was significantly correlated with the score of dietary self-care.Conclusions The status of self-care activity in diabetic patients is not satisfied.Further researches on the correlation between self-care activity and memory function are still needed.
