摘要
针对天然锂皂石资源稀缺、开发生产能力低的现状,对锂皂石的制备工艺及其应用进行综述,包括对天然锂皂石矿物进行干法或湿法提纯、人工合成锂皂石以及天然蒙脱石锂化改型;根据锂皂石特有的晶体结构特点,介绍其在日用化工、吸附剂、催化剂载体以及纳米复合材料等领域中的应用研究和成果,指出锂皂石作为一种重要的矿物材料,未来的研究重点应是开发锂皂石的最佳合成工艺以及锂皂石材料在不同领域中的应用。
Aiming at the status of scarce natural hectorite resource and low development production capacity, the preparation technology and application of hectorite were summarized including dry or wet purification of natural hectorite minerals, synthesizing hectorite and lithium chemical modification of natural montmorillonite. According to special crystal structural features of hectorite, application research and achievements in fields such as daily chemical, adsorbents, catalyst carriers, nano-composites and so on were introduced. As one of the most important mineral materials,the future research emphases for hectorite were pointed to be developing the best synthesis process and its applications in different fields.
