以乙型肝炎核心病毒蛋白为载体融合金黄色葡萄球菌IsdA表位多肽的免疫原性 被引量:2

摘要 金黄色葡萄球菌(Staphylococcus aureus,S aureus),是一种最常见的条件致病菌。可以引起人和动物的多种类疾病,感染牛导致的牛乳房炎给奶牛产业造成巨大损失;感染人可引起皮肤和软组织感染,严重者可出现肺炎、菌血症、脓毒血症、心内膜炎及骨髓炎。S aureus中存在大量的耐药株,尤其是耐甲氧西林S aureus,降低了抗生素疗法的可靠性。疫苗可以通过主动免疫或被动免疫途径切断感染辅助抗生素疗法,但至今还没有商品化的S aureus疫苗上市,研发竞赛已在全世界范围展开。
