摘要
以建筑用高强度600 MPa螺纹钢为研究对象,通过扫描电镜、光学电镜及拉伸性能测试,分析其在退火过程中组织及力学性能的变化规律。结果表明,退火后螺纹钢主要为铁素体和珠光体组成,无马氏体和贝氏体组织,应力应变曲线出现明显的上屈服应力、下屈服应力和屈服平台,力学性能符合建筑要求。
Using SEM, optical microscope and tensile test, the microstructures and mechanical properties of 600 MPa steel used for construction during annealing heat treatment were investigated. The results show that, after annealing, the steel consists of ferrite and pearlite, no matensite and banite appears in the steel. Meanwhile, the steel stress-strain curve shows very obvious upper and lower yielding stage with yield platform during tensile test, and the mechanical properties of the steel meet construction materials strength requirements.
