摘要
[目的]探讨清代著名医家洪缉庵《虚损启微》治疗虚损的学术特色。[方法]认真研读并解构《虚损启微》一书,从学术思想、临证施治、方证用药、虚损调护等四个方面分别进行详细论述,归纳总结洪缉庵治疗虚损的学术特色。[结果]洪缉庵治疗虚损,学术上承袭经典,抒己之见,临证上辨证施治,尤重脉诊,用药上方证契合,谨慎斟酌,并提出虚损尤要重视自我调护。[结论]《虚损启微》独特的学术思想及其大量经典效方和作者的临证经验,对于当今诊治因工作压力大、生活节奏快等因素导致的新型虚损,有很大的临床指导作用,值得现代医者借鉴学习。
[Objective]To explore the academic characteristics of consumptive disease in Xu Sun Qi Wei（Revealing the Mystery of Asthenia of Viscera）,written by doctor HONG Ji-an who lived in the Qing Dynasty. [Methods]By studying and analyzing the book, discussing and summing up the academic characteristics from its academic thought, treatment, medication, self adjustment and nursing detailly. [Results] Academically, he inherited classics and expressed his personal opinions. In clinic, he treated disease based on syndrome differentiation,especially by pulse-taking. Drugs for asthenia of viscera were given cautiously. In addition, HONG advocated that patients should pay more attention to self adjustment and nursing. [Conclusion]The unique thoughts and experience of HONG Ji-an on asthenia of viscera can offer guidance to the new syndromes of asthenia of viscera due to work pressure,the quickening pace of life and other factors.
