摘要
在大型船舶上层建筑整体吊装过程中,吊装方案对上层建筑的顺利吊装非常关键。本文以某大型FPSO为研究对象,选取3种不同的吊装方案,利用有限元软件对其上层建筑整体吊装进行有限元强度分析,获得不同吊装方案上层建筑的结构响应。通过对比分析每种方案的结构响应大小,得到最优方案,有效地控制结构变形,提高上层建筑预舾装比例,保障了该型FPSO上层建筑的顺利吊装。
The key point during superstructure integral hoisting of large ships is the choice of lifting plan. Utilizing the software MSC. Nastran,the FE analysis of the response of a large FPSO superstructure is performed under three different lifting plans. Through the comparision and analysis of the characteristics of the responses,anoptimal lifting plan is put forwardinwhich the deformation is under control,the ratio of preoutfitting is improved and the process of lifting is safeguarded.
