摘要
以钛酸四正丁酯为原料,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备不同Gd3+掺杂量的纳米TiO2光催化剂,用500 W长弧氙灯模拟太阳光,并以甲基橙模拟水研究样品的光催化性能。结果表明,钆掺杂并没有改变纳米二氧化钛的晶型结构,微观形貌为球状颗粒,粒径约为30 nm;当掺杂摩尔分数为1.26%时,光催化性能最好,用量为1 g/L,反应2 h时,降解率达51%。
Different Gd^3+ contents doping nanoparticles were prepared by sol-gel method with Ti(OBu)4as raw material and characterized with XRD and SEM. Their photocatalytic activity were studied by photocatalytic oxidation of methyl orange with 500 W xenon lamp as light source. The result shows that Gd^3+ doped do not change the structure of TiO2,and the microstructure of samples is spherical particles and its size is about 30 nm. The photocatalytic activity of TiO2 nanoparticles with 1. 26% Gd^3+ doped is optimal,the content is 1 g/L,when reaction for 2 h,the degradation rate is 51%.
