糠醛加助剂生产环保橡胶填充油的正交实验研究 被引量:4

摘要 采用糠醛加助剂对克拉玛依减四线抽出油进一步抽提,以生产多环芳烃含量符合要求的橡胶填充油。运用正交实验方法考察了剂油比、抽提温度及助剂用量对精制油收率和多环芳烃含量的影响,并用假三段模拟实验进行验证。结果表明,最优操作条件为:剂油比1.82∶1,助剂用量10%,抽提塔的顶部和底部温度分别是65℃和45℃,在此条件下,精制油收率接近50%,多环芳烃含量2.9%,CA值为18.4%,所生产的精制油可以作为环保芳烃橡胶填充油。 Extract oil of Karamay vacuum fourth oil was further extracted with furfural and assistant to produce rubber extender oil which can meet PCA( polycyclic aromatic) requirement. The effects of solvent /oil ratio,extraction temperature and assistant amount on yield and PCA content of refined oil were investigated by using orthogonal experimental method,and were verified by carrying out hypothetical three-stage simulation experiment. The results showed that the optimum operating conditions were as follows: the mass ratio of furfural to oil was 1. 82 ∶ 1,assistant amount was 10%,top and bottom temperatures of extraction column were respectively 65 ℃ and 45 ℃. Under this condition,the yield of refined oil was nearly 50%,PCA content was 2. 9% and CA( the mass fraction of aromatic carbon) was 18. 4%,which showed the refined oil can be used as environmental-friendly aromatic rubber extender oil.
