摘要
Th17细胞是以产IL-17A、IL-17F为主的CD4+T细胞,并因此而得名。研究表明Th17细胞分化、转录及相关细胞因子等在机体免疫防御、免疫稳定维护中发挥重要作用。免疫相关性全血细胞减少症(immuno-related pancytopenia,IRP)涉及多个临床学科,造血早期自身抗体及免疫调节功能可能是其症结所在。研究Th17细胞与IRP发生之间的相关性,对临床诊断、治疗靶点具有重要意义。近年来,大量的研究结果表明。Th17细胞与一些免疫性疾病溃疡性结肠炎、急性冠状动脉综合征、类风湿性关节炎、骨髓异常综合征等有关。因此,文章就,Th17细胞在免疫性疾病IRP中的调节作用进行重点综述。
Th17 cells are CD4+ T cells that can predominantly produce IL-17 A and IL-17 F, hence the name. Studies show that the differentiation and transcription of Th17 cells and the related cytokines play important roles in immune defense and maintenance. Immune-related pancytopenia (IRP) involves multiple clinical disciplines, and early hemopoietic autoantibodies and immune regulation function are responsible for the disease. Studies on the association of Th17 ceils with the development of IRP are of great clinical significance in diagnosis and treatment of IRP. Recently, a number of studies indicate that Th17 cells are associated with autoimmune diseases, such as ulcera- tive colitis, acute coronary syndrome, rheumatoid arthritis, and myelodysplastic syndrome. Therefore, we discuss the role of Thl7 cells in the immunomodulation of IRP in this review.
