摘要
目的研究分析经皮电神经刺激与撇针联合治疗痛性糖尿病周围神经病变的临床效果。方法择取我院在2013．01-2014．05期间接收治疗的60例痛性糖尿病周围神经病变患者，随机性将其分成对照组（常规糖尿病治疗）与研究组（经皮电神经刺激与揿针联合治疗），每组各有30例患者。结果 两组患者治疗前、治疗后SCV、MCV均有所提高，但是观察组患者的提高程度更为明显，差异P〈O．05有统计学意义。研究组患者的总有效率90．00％（27／30）远远大于对照组的56．67％（17／30），差异P〈0．05有统计学意义。结论 经皮电神经刺激与擞针联合治疗痛性糖尿病周围神经病变具有更理想的效果，有效改善疼痛症状。
Objective To study the clinical effect of percutaneous electrical nerve stimulation and press needle combined treatment of painful diabetic pe-ripheral neuropathy. Methods choose our hospital during 2013.01-2014.05 received 60 cases of painful diabetic patients with peripheral neuropathy,random divided into control group （routine treatment for diabetes） and study group （transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation combined with needleembedding therapy）, each group has 30 patients. Results the two groups of patients before treatment, after treatment with SCV, MCV had in-creased, but to increase the degree of the patients in observation group was more obvious, the difference of P〈0.05 had statistical significance. Thereare 90% total efficiency of study group patients （27/30） than that in the control group of 56.67% （17/30）, had significant difference P〈0.05. Con-clusion percutaneous electrical nerve stimulation and press needle combined treatment for painful diabetic peripheral neuropathy has more ideal effect,effectively improve the symptom of pain.
