摘要
通过测试与分析不同超声功率下金属型铸造铝合金二次枝晶间距大小,研究了超声功率对金属型铸造铝合金铸件二次枝晶间距的影响。结果表明,随着超声功率的增大,铝合金铸件同一部位的二次枝晶间距显著减小,当超声功率超过600 W时,铝合金铸件二次枝晶间距逐渐增大;在相同超声功率下,二次枝晶间距随着试样直径的增加而增大;超声功率对贴近工具头的底部和侧部的铝合金熔体作用效果明显,侧部的铝合金组织枝晶明显细化,而底部的铝合金显微组织形成等轴晶。
Through testing and analyzing secondary dendrite arm spacing in metal permanent mold casting aluminum alloy with varied ultrasonic power,effects of ultrasonic power on the secondary dendrite arm spacing were investigated.The results show that the secondary dendrite arm spacing is decreased greatly with increasing in ultrasound power.When the power is more than 600 W,the secondary dendrite arm spacing is increased gradually.At the fixed ultrasonic power treatment on testing bar with different diameters,the secondary dendrite arm spacing is increased with increasing in diameter.Effects of ultrasonic power on aluminum alloy melt at the bottom and side of tool head exhibits significant,and the grain size in aluminum alloy at side becomes fine,while structure of the aluminum alloy at the bottom is converted into equiaxed grain.
