考虑碳税政策对供应链决策的影响研究 被引量:18

摘要 基于EOQ模型,以一个两阶段的供应链系统为研究对象,研究碳税政策对供应链上、下游企业决策(一体化决策和分散决策)的影响,进而对碳税政策实施以及企业之间的合作等问题进行深入研究。研究表明:碳税政策的实施对于供应链成本和碳排放的冲击效果明显;一体化决策供应链成本小于分散决策成本,但在适宜的税值下,分散决策的碳排放小于一体化决策;分散决策碳排放强度小于一体化决策。企业独立经营尽管增加了供应链的成本,但是能够有效控制碳排放,有利于降低环境成本,实现社会的可持续发展。 Based on the EOQ model under carbon tax,this paper takes a two- stage supply chain system as the research aim,and researches carbon tax policy's the influence on the production strategies of upstream and downstream enterprises on the supply chain,through the analysis of the cost and carbon emissions about two forms cooperation between upstream and downstream enterprises,it has a further study about these question such as the carrying of carbon tax policy for the government,cooperation between enterprises,and so on. Results show that: the impact effect of carbon tax policy for supply chain costs and carbon emissions is obvious; the supply chain cost under the overall decision-making is less than the that of decentralized decision-making,but under the carbon tax policy,carbon emission of the decentralized decision-making is less than that of the decision-making; the emissions intensity of decentralized making-decision is less than that of the overall makingdecision. Although operating for firm independently could increase cost of supply chain,it can control carbon emissions,and reduces cost of environment,and then realizes the sustainable development of society.
