摘要
构建了产学研协同知识创新体系创新绩效评价指标体系,主要包括人员维度、资金维度、物质维度和成果维度;介绍了基于LWD和LOWA算子的评价方法,提出了产学研协同知识创新体系创新绩效评价的三阶段流程;最后,结合算例阐述了该方法的实用性和科学性。
The index system of innovating performance of industry- university- research collaborative knowledge innovation system was constructed, mainly including personnel dimension, fund dimension, material dimension and result dimension. The evaluation method of LWD and LOWA operator was introduced. Three phase process of evaluation on innovating performance of in- dustry- university- research collaborative knowledge innovation system was put forward. Finally, an example was given to show that the method was practical and scientific.
