摘要
整合素是一类由α、β两个亚基组成的异源二聚体,是一种细胞黏附分子;其配体是细胞外基质成分,参与细胞黏附、信号转导、血管生成等众多生理、病理过程,具有广泛的生物学功能。血管生成是指在微血管床上芽生出新的以毛细血管为主的血管系统,此过程离不开整合素。整合素与众多促血管生成的细胞因子交互作用,通过参与内皮细胞的激活、迁移、增殖和抑制内皮细胞凋亡等过程,从而在血管生成过程中起重要作用。该文就整合素与血管生成的关系研究进展予以综述。
As a kind of cell adhesion molecules,integrin is a heterodimer composed of α and β subunits. With extracellular matrix components as its ligand,integrin involves in a variety of physiological and pathological process,such as cell adhesion,signal transduction,angiogenesis,etc,,with a wide range of biological functions. Angiogenesis is the process of sprouting new capillary-based vascular system in the microvascular bed,it's inseparable from the involvement of integrin. Integrin interacts with many cytokines stimulating vascularization and plays an important role in angiogenesis through participating in theactivation,migration,proliferation of endothelial cells,and inhibiting apoptosis of endothelial cell,and so on.
