摘要 慢性充血性心力衰竭(CHF)发生时交感神经过度激活与中枢神经体液因素改变之间具有内在的联系,而下丘脑室旁核(PVN)是神经内分泌及自主功能活动重要的整合中枢,更是重要的心血管系统调节中枢。研究表明,心力衰竭(心衰)时中枢神经系统的激活对CHF的发展起到了重要作用。该文将对慢性心衰时中枢所发挥的作用以及PVN内促肾上腺皮质激素释放激素神经元激活相关机制的研究进展予以综述。 When chronic congestive heart failure( CHF) occurs,it has an intrinsic link between the excessive activation of the sympathetic and the changes of the nervous humoral factors. The paraventricular nucleus of hypothalamus( PVN) is the important integration center of the activity of neuroendocrine and autonomic functions,and it is also an important regulation center in the cardiovascular system. Studies have shown that the activation of the central nervous system has played an important role in CHF. Here is to make a review of the function of the central nervous system as well as the pathogenesis of corticotropin releasing hormone neurons activation in the PVN in CHF.
